Shri Ravi Agrawal IRS (IT 1988), currently serving as the Board Member (Administration) of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), succeeded Shri Nitin Gupta IRS (IT 1986) as Chairman upon the latter’s retirement on June 30, 2024. Shri Agrawal will hold the position of Chairman until June 30, 2025. Following his retirement in September 2024, he will continue in the role on a contractual basis.
